What if I told you that even being in a plane is no excuse not to workout? Well you may shoot me a glare, but seriously! In this week’s video blog I show you 11 workout moves and stretches to make sure you are feeling your best when you get off that flight. And I do it all on a literal plane.
When we sit for a long period of time our cardiovascular system (blood vessels) adjusts. The result of long term sitting can increase our chances at getting spider veins and other health issues. By engaging in stretches and periodic walks during a long haul flight, we can reduce the aches and pains we feel once we reach our destination.
